Gil Cisneros introduced the Streamlining Small Business Contracts Act, a bill that would simplify and streamline single-source contracts across SBA programs by implementing a $10 million threshold. Current thresholds for contracts awarded to small businesses do not reflect realities of costs and inflation, and limit small business competition. This bill would raise those thresholds to meet the needs of America’s small businesses today.
