As your Representative in Congress, I am committed to protecting your vote, safeguarding our elections, and defending American voting rights.

Information and Resources for our General Election on November 3, 2026:

• Registered to vote? Find out at registertovote.ca.gov. The last day to register to vote online for the General Election is October 19. If you are registering or re-registering less than 15 days before an election you will need to complete the Same-Day Voter Registration process and request your ballot in person at your county elections office or polling location. The General Election will take place on November 3, 2026.
• Make your voice heard, vote early! Return your ballot by mail as soon as you receive it. County elections officials will begin mailing ballots by October 5.To ensure your ballot is postmarked by Election Day make sure to mail it at least 7 days in advance. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before November 3. If mailing a ballot on November 3, get a manual postmark from a postal employee inside a United States Post Office.Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Review local election guidelines. Check it once, then check it again. Visit the LA County website for the most up-to-date information regarding voting dates, locations, times, and mail ballot request information.
• Voting by mail is safe and secure! Ballots can be dropped off at a drop-off location, county elections office, or returned by mail. Secure ballot drop-off locations open by October 5. Visit www.sos.ca.gov/elections/polling-place to find your polling place.
• Skip the lines on Election Day. Vote centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter’s Choice Act counties, including Los Angeles county, on October 24. All In-person early voting locations throughout California will be open beginning Saturday, October 31.
• Tune out the noise, While it feels like the 2026 election has been anything but normal, remember that American elections are safe and secure. Don’t let the news dissuade you from making your voice heard at the ballot box.
